The dispensary will also offer direct delivery service operating under the name 420 Prime Delivery Inc. 420 Prime Delivery will service the high desert and southern California.
The Company’s CEO, Brad Eckenweiler, stated, “Highway 395 Dispensary is the final step in the completion of a truly vertically-integrated cannabis company from genetics to the customer’s door step. With the completion of the dispensary and the ability to deliver directly to the customer, the Company’s subsidiaries and affiliates can produce, package and deliver cannabis products at prices that will be significantly more competitive than other market participants.” The Company will continue to inform the market of corporate developments as they become available.
