BLOK Technologies Announces Change of Management

Greenway as President and CEO of the Company. The Company also announces the appointment of Mr. Philip Kwong to the Board of Directors.
The Company wishes to announce the resignation of Mr. James Hyland as a Director and Interim President & Chief Executive Officer of BLOK Tech effective immediately.
