Formed in late 2018, My Green Network was designed to counteract a consolidating cannabis market by fusing a shared-economy model with California’s Type S manufacturing license. A collaborative, incubator environment empowers members to spark innovative cannabis products in an emerging, uniquely challenging industry.

Qualified members of My Green Network receive expert help in acquiring their own California Type-S manufacturing license, become a member of a shared community, and most importantly can access equipped, compliant spaces to create and process their own infused edibles, topicals, beverages, flower products, and more. My Green Network’s limited membership is almost full, with members recognizing value through a direct path to owning a licensed cannabis company at a fraction of the cost, guidance by experienced operators, and a one-stop resource that emphasizes the manifestation of success through collaboration over competition.

My Green Network’s goal through this campaign is to attract investors that align with the Company’s vision to revolutionize access into the cannabis industry by creating an equally accessible industry, accelerating diversity-ownership, and aligning the cannabis community for a more diverse and therefore globally appealing industry.

“We’re looking for investors that want to enact real change in the industry,” said My Green Network Co-Founder and CEO James Shih. “We want our investors to become part of the MyGN community and everything it has to offer. A community where success is built by turning its members’ dreams into realities, innovation is celebrated, products are passionately created for consumer experience, and a culturally diverse, globally attractive cannabis industry is the mutual end goal for all.”

My Green Network views its business model as the future of cannabis and a direct counterpoint addressing the 2020 “Year of Consolidation” in the cannabis industry.

“Huge players consolidating the emerging cannabis industry means that small businesses, entrepreneurs, and craft-cannabis are dying,” said Ken Hwang, Co-Founder of My Green Network. “It’s built on the broken dreams of the salaried worker, the life-savings of a family, or the recently graduated university student. This is why we created My Green Network; to level the playing field.”

My Green Network is currently putting the final touches on their first Orange County-based facility that is set to open by December 2020. The Company has already pre-registered 22 of 30 members for their new facility.

About My Green Network

Founded by veteran cannabis attorneys Ken Hwang and James Shih, Michelin-trained chef Edwin Chu, and visionary Maria Cordeiro, My Green Network (MyGN) is the nation’s first membership-based incubator cannabis company that offers members licensing and business support services. MyGN is working to revolutionize the industry by breaking traditional barriers to entry through its network of licensed manufacturing facilities, allowing start-up brands to process cannabis products such as topicals, edibles and beverages for legal distribution throughout California. The platform provides members with licensing opportunities at significantly decreased costs, access to a workplace to conduct manufacturing and support in the areas of sourcing, formulation, distribution, marketing, sales, legal, and more. Members experience a substantial reduction in start-up costs when compared to traditional licensing avenues.
