shipment services out of its headquarters in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
Its state-of-the-art refrigerated trailers enable shippers to have

trucks has trailer satellite tracking that allows remote setting and
monitoring of temperatures, location, and security.

specializes in growth-driven return strategies in the U.S. and global
markets. TBI will complement one of Eberhart’s previous investments in
Twin Express Inc., another truckload carrier.
Generational Equity Executive Managing Director Stephen Crisham’s team,
led by Senior M&A Advisor Dave Lewis with support from VP Lori Galloway,
successfully closed the deal. Senior Managing Director Rick Buchoz
established the initial relationship with TBI.
“Finding that ‘right buyer’ for TBI was important for both parties so
the solid future envisioned for this company is achieved,” said Lewis.
“I believe the joining of these two firms will insure that growth. It
was a pleasure working with TBI President, Randy Thompson, and the lead
advisor/counselor for Eberhart, Hugh Lehr, to get the deal completed.”
