Crystal Financial Agents Senior Credit Facility for Ashley Park

BOSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Crystal Financial LLC in partnership with affiliates of Solar Capital
Partners, LLC (“SCP”) announced the closing of a C$97.5 million Senior
Credit Facility for Ashley Park Operations Corp. (“APOC” or “Company”)
one of the leading mortgage origination and servicing platforms in the
Canadian residential real estate market.

Proceeds from the transaction will be used to refinance existing debt
and provide a return of capital to existing shareholders.
