CORAL GABLES, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–High-demand at its current Coral Gables location has prompted Quest

restaurants, and an increasing upscale residential population.

“When we opened our first space in South Florida in 2010, we filled a
niche providing professional space, services and community, packed with
personality! As our loyal customer base grew so did coworking, with the
increasing demand dictating our growth. Coworking is not disappearing
any time soon,” Quest Workspaces’ CEO Laura Kozelouzek said.

2000 Ponce brings a new design to the Quest Workspaces portfolio. Over
4,000 square feet of outdoor space will allow members even more ways to
work, meet and interact. The use of wood and metals and an open ceiling
plan create a business casual aesthetic compared to more traditional
designs at other Quest locations.

“My business has been based at 2000 Ponce for two years helping local
businesses grow through digital marketing strategies and we could not
have been happier with the announcement of Quest’s new ownership. We are
very familiar with their brand and the service they provide and I can’t
wait to see the changes they will be implementing to better this
location,” said Carlos Ohep of NetsMiami.

market companies with flexible and affordable workspaces and services.
