Endeavor Files Registration Statement with SEC for Proposed Initial Public Offering

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Endeavor Group Holdings, Inc. (“Endeavor”), a global entertainment,
sports and content company, announced today that it has filed a
registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
(“SEC”) relating to the proposed initial public offering of shares of
its Class A common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the
price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.
Endeavor intends to apply to list its Class A common stock on the New
York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol EDR.

The proposed offering will be made only by means of a prospectus. Copies
