Entercom Communications Corp. Announces Quarterly Dividend

PHILADELPHIA–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Entercom Communications Corp. (NYSE:ETM) announced today that its Board
of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend on the Company’s stock of
$0.09 per share. The dividend is payable on June 28, 2019 to
shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 17, 2019.
