Guardian Residential Closes $5.8MM Model Home Portfolio from Dream Finders Homes

Third Model Home Sale-Leaseback Portfolio Acquired Since October

DENVER–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Guardian Residential (“Guardian”) today announced the acquisition
of a $5.8MM model home portfolio from Dream Finders Homes. As part of
its expanding real estate portfolio, on May 31, 2019, Guardian closed a
“sale-leaseback” transaction with Dream Finders Homes on 15 homes across
3 states. In the transaction, Guardian purchased model homes from Dream
Finders, and simultaneously entered into lease agreements allowing the
builder to utilize the homes as sales offices for up to three years.

This closing comes on the heels of last week’s announcement that

rental community in Tampa later this month.
