Rockwell Automation Declares Quarterly Dividend on Common Stock
MILWAUKEE–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The Board of Directors of Rockwell Automation, Inc. (NYSE: ROK) today
declared a quarterly dividend of 97 cents per share on its common stock,
payable Sept. 10, 2019 to shareowners of record at the close of business
on Aug. 12, 2019.
