Toronto, Ontario–(Newsfile Corp. – September 11, 2020) – Terrace Global Inc. (TSXV: TRCE) (“Terrace Global” or the “Corporation“) is pleased to announce the results of its annual and special meeting of shareholders held in Toronto, Ontario on September 10, 2020.

All matters put forward were approved by the shareholders, including the re-election of Michael Galego, Francisco Ortiz von Bismarck, Dennis Mills, Vincent Gasparro and Stephen Arbib as directors of the Corporation. The directors will hold office until successors are duly elected or appointed.

Additionally, in accordance with the rules and policies of the TSX Venture Exchange, the Corporation’s shareholders approved the Stock Option Plan. The Corporation’s shareholders also re-appointed MNP LLP, as the Corporation’s auditors to hold office until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until its successor is duly appointed.
